Celebrating the 2026 Bouddi Peninsula Arts Trail – Proudly Sponsored by HolidayCo Killcare

Nov 4, 2026

The Bouddi Peninsula Arts Trail has once again showcased the extraordinary creativity, community spirit and natural beauty of Killcare and the surrounding Central Coast villages. HolidayCo Killcare was proud to sponsor this much-loved annual event, supporting local artists and celebrating everything that makes the Bouddi Peninsula such a special destination.

Held over the October long weekend on 3 and 4 October 2026, the Bouddi Peninsula Arts Trail welcomed art lovers and visitors to explore the creative heart of the NSW Central Coast.

With 24 talented local artists exhibiting across 19 open studios, the event provided a wonderful opportunity to discover original artwork, meet local creatives and explore the picturesque coastal villages of Killcare, Killcare Heights, Hardys Bay, Pretty Beach and Wagstaffe.

For HolidayCo Killcare, sponsoring the Arts Trail reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting the local community, celebrating regional talent and promoting the beautiful Bouddi Peninsula as a year-round holiday destination.

Discovering Local Artists on the Bouddi Peninsula

The Bouddi Peninsula Arts Trail has a rich history dating back to the 1980s, when local artists first began opening their studios to visitors over the October long weekend.

What started as a small community initiative has grown into one of the Central Coast’s most distinctive cultural experiences.

The 2026 event featured a diverse collection of creative disciplines, including painting, photography, ceramics, printmaking, sculpture and mixed-media artwork.

Visitors followed the trail’s distinctive red flags, discovering studios, workshops and creative spaces tucked away throughout the peninsula.

One of the most rewarding aspects of the event was the opportunity to meet artists personally, hear the stories behind their work and discover how the surrounding coastal landscape influences their creativity.

From native bushland and secluded beaches to the sparkling waterways of Brisbane Water, the natural beauty of the Bouddi Peninsula continues to inspire a thriving artistic community.

HolidayCo Killcare – Proud Supporters of Our Local Community

At HolidayCo Killcare, we believe that being part of a local community means more than simply managing holiday homes.

It means supporting the people, businesses, organisations and events that give our region its unique identity.

We were delighted to sponsor the 2026 Bouddi Peninsula Arts Trail and help support an event that brings together residents, artists and visitors from across the Central Coast and beyond.

Community events such as the Arts Trail play an important role in showcasing local talent, encouraging visitors to explore our beautiful villages and supporting the businesses that contribute to the region’s character.

We congratulate the organisers, participating artists, volunteers and fellow sponsors for their dedication to making this year’s event possible.

Their efforts continue to strengthen the reputation of the Bouddi Peninsula as a destination where art, nature and coastal living come together.

Supporting Year-Round Tourism on the Central Coast

One of the reasons HolidayCo Killcare is so passionate about supporting local events is their ability to showcase our region beyond the traditional summer holiday season.

The Bouddi Peninsula Arts Trail is a wonderful example of how cultural experiences can encourage visitors to explore the Central Coast during spring.

For local cafés, restaurants, retailers, galleries and holiday accommodation providers, these events create opportunities to welcome new visitors and introduce them to everything the region has to offer.

As part of the wider HolidayCo network across NSW, we are committed to promoting our local destinations throughout every season.

We believe that celebrating local events, supporting community organisations and sharing authentic regional experiences are all important parts of building a strong and sustainable tourism community.
