Upstairs, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area provides a welcoming space to relax and spend time together. The living area opens onto a spacious undercover balcony with outdoor dining for six, beautiful water views and outdoor heating, perfect for enjoying the outlook in the cooler months. A cosy woodfire heater and reverse-cycle air conditioning provide year-round comfort.


The upstairs master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, built-in wardrobes, ceiling fan and private ensuite with shower over bath. Downstairs, the second double bedroom enjoys beautiful water views and opens onto its own undercover outdoor deck. A second bathroom is also located downstairs.


The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, while the separate undercover BBQ and outdoor dining area make it easy to enjoy relaxed meals after a day on the water.


Please note: This property is spread across two levels and has stairs both inside and around the property. Please consider this when booking if you have mobility concerns or are travelling with very young children, as the property is not mobility friendly.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.

Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
