Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.

House Rules

Maximum of 6 adults
Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed, and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Your rights and our expectations are outlined in “Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW”. Please review our full T&Cs prior to booking.

Security Deposit

Disclaimer: Please note that a security bond of $1000 is required prior to the release of keys for all bookings. Access to the property will not be granted until this requirement is met.
