Brighton Breezy is a clean and comfortable beach house perfectly positioned for enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of New Brighton. Timber flooring and ceiling fans throughout the living areas and bedrooms create a fresh, breezy feel, while the home comfortably sleeps up to five guests with a queen bed in the main bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and an additional single bed in the sunroom.

The home offers two bathrooms for added convenience, with a shower and separate toilet upstairs and a second shower and toilet downstairs. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, stove and toaster, while the laundry includes a washing machine and ironing board. After a day at the beach, the covered back deck with BBQ provides a lovely spot to relax and enjoy an easy outdoor meal.

The large fenced yard is ideal for guests travelling with an outside pet, with the property allowing pets outdoors when advised at the time of booking. A single lock-up garage provides secure off-street parking, while the beach is directly across the road.
