Set high in the trees near Bouddi National Park with stunning uninterrupted views over Brisbane Water. This comfortable house is perfect for a family or couples' getaway with a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living and dining and a large deck with amazing water views.

The house is high in the trees and accessed by a number of steps or an electronic inclinator- very useful for your luggage even if you prefer the exercise. It is not recommended for children under 5 due to the steep nature of the property although there is a child safety gate available.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.

Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed, and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
