The thoughtfully appointed galley kitchen has all the comforts of home including a full-size electric oven with 4 burner gas cooktop, dishwasher fridge freezer and convection microwave. Fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, and pans making cooking a breeze in this self-contained studio. Outside you will find the built-in weber BBQ and outside sink with a 2-seater bistro table on the stone tiled terrace and the off-street park space.

A comfortable chaise lounge and generous dining setting provides ample seating and dining options with an integrated bench seat along side the wall. A large screen smart TV and Gas Fireplace and Air conditioning allow for all season comfort.

The bedroom alcove space has open plan wardrobes and a queen size bed with full linens provided. The on-point Barn style door reveals the luxury ensuite bathroom with toilet, single vanity, dual showerhead stall and Japanese inspired bathtub perfect for a soak after a day on the mountains.


6a Alice can accommodate up to 2 guests and does not allow pets. Please note, the property is situated in a developing area, and construction may be taking place on some neighbouring properties.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.

House Rules

Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed, and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Your rights and our expectations are outlined in “Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW”. Please review our full T&C's prior to booking.
