Located in the beautiful township of Berridale, this home is new to our holiday property portfolio and has been thoughtfully and artistically decorated. 3A Kunama is private and is just a short stroll the local shops and a 25 minute drive to Jindabyne and 60 mins to Thredbo and Perisher.


This large home sleeps 10 people in 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms.

The property offers a double lock up garage with internal access to the house. The entryway opens up to the sun filled open plan living area with its oversized lounge to relax on and a spacious 8 seater wooden dining table which has access to the fenced back yard.

The open concept modern kitchen has all that you will need to enjoy your country getaway with:

-Toaster and Kettle

-Fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware and pots/pans

This spacious home has 4 well equipped bedrooms with ample storage and electric panel heaters for the Winter months.

The Bedding Configuration for this property is:

-Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds with a built in wardrobe and views of the back yard.

-Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a built in wardrobe and views to the front garden.

-Bedroom 3 and 4 both boast a queen and a single bed, both with ensuites, consisting of shower, toilet and vanity. One room has access to the back yard, whilst the other has a large bay window to let the natural light shine in.


All of this is down a long hallway with the spacious family bathroom closest to the living area, which offers a large shower, vanity and toilet. Across the way is the well-equipped Laundry with:

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.

House Rules

Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed, and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Your rights and our expectations are outlined in “Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW”. Please review our full T&C's prior to booking.
