As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a spacious double carport and a charming mudroom, featuring a stunning barn door entrance. Step inside to discover a beautifully designed living area that exudes warmth and style. On the entry level, you'll find a well-appointed laundry room with floor heating, complete with a washer, dryer, and a specialized ski boot drying stand, ensuring your gear is ready for exciting days on the slopes. Adjacent to the laundry room, a convenient powder room is available for the lounge and kitchen area.

The master bedroom, located on the entry level, boasts a king-size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and a built-in robe. Enjoy breathtaking views of the lake through the corner windows as you relax in this luxurious sanctuary. The ensuite bathroom offers the ultimate indulgence, featuring floor heating, a double-sized stall shower, a spacious vanity, and a toilet.

The kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with top-of-the-line amenities such as a large bottom mount French door fridge, a Bosch oven, a ceramic cooktop, a built-in microwave, and a coffee machine. With abundant bench space and additional seating at the island bench with two bar stools, preparing meals will be a pleasure for the entire family.

The main bathroom on the ground level indulges you with floor heating, a freestanding bath, a spacious shower, and a vanity, as well as a toilet.

Black Diamond Retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, with the following bedding configuration:

Downstairs Lounge: 1 Double Bed (Pull-down Murphy Bed)

Additionally, the property offers Wifi access and strictly enforces a no-smoking policy both inside and outside the premises.

Black Diamond Retreat can accommodate up to 8 people and does not allow pets. Please note, the property is situated in a developing area, and construction may be taking place on some neighbouring properties.

PLEASE NOTE THE PREMESIS IS STRICTLY NON-SMOKING IN ALL AREAS internally, externally and including the driveway.- anyone not abiding by this rule will be asked to leave immediately.

Sustainability practices include: Rainwater collected, recycling bins provided, taps and showers are water-efficient, towel reuse in place, walls and ceilings insulated, double glazed windows, solar panels, green spaces on property.
