Spread across two levels, the property features three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area upstairs – perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or exploring the region.


All bedrooms are fitted with electric heating to keep you warm and comfortable during the cooler months and offer ample hanging space for your clothes and gear. The laundry area includes a dedicated ski and snowboard drying zone with a rack and shelving—perfect for drying and storing your winter equiptment after a long day on the mountain. The home is also equipped with high-speed wireless internet throughout, ensuring plenty of off-snow entertainment.

In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find an air fryer, rice cooker, and pod coffee machine – ideal for quick and easy meals or a fresh morning brew.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny front verandah with a glimpse of Lake Jindabyne in the distance, then fire up the Weber BBQ for a relaxing afternoon meal after a day on the slopes.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.

House Rules

Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed, and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Your rights and our expectations are outlined in “Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW”. Please review our full T&C's prior to booking.
