The first bedroom features a queen bed, a walk-in robe, and an en suite, while the second bedroom has a queen bed and built-in robes. The third bedroom is perfect for children, with a tri bunk and a bunk bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and walk-in pantry. The newly decorated open plan living/dining area features a new lounge and dining setting, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The gas heater and ceiling fans ensure a comfortable stay throughout all seasons.
The floor to ceiling windows make the most of the stunning lake views, opening out to the wrap around deck. The full laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and an extra fridge, just in case. For family entertainment, the house is equipped with games, free WIFI, a digital television, video, and DVD player. BBQ facilities are located out back with a yard, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
Please note: The property is accessed via a steep angled driveway, which may require some caution when entering and exiting. Stair access is required for entry into the home, we can offer access to the stair lift if required for qualifying guests. Additionally, there is a private studio located underneath the house with its own separate entrance.

Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.
House Rules
Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed, and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
